Will be returning here soon because this hotel met requirements. There is a lot of outstanding food for breakfast. The suite is absolutely perfect and comfortable. All of the property's staff are amicable and fairly friendly. Its location is particularly good & exceptional, near to other restaurants, the airport, and the beach.

we found everything wonderful, can recommend it to everyone. the staff was amazingly nice and very polite, they were always available. our absolutely perfect and exceptionally comfortable room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel tv.

Our vacation was such great, will be back. Location: the hotel was right by the airport and the main restaurant. Also, it was 10 min drive from Hurghada Grand Aquarium. It had an a la carte restaurant.

During our recent stay at Rixos, we were impressed by the exceptional service and staff. Emad, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us, and Maryet provided amazing assistance. We were especially pleased with the presence of the general manager, Sherif Taher, who was always available to ensure our visit was enjoyable. The beautiful property and solid customer service mindset made our stay truly memorable. The facilities were clean and modern, and the Turquoise restaurant exceeded our expectations with its high-quality food and excellent service by George. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a favourable location right by the Turquoise restaurant as well as the airport. It also was early on the beach. My room included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Liked view of garden.

Suite accommodated us perfectly. The bathroom had walk-in showers, which was great. The location of the hotel was marvellous and exceptional, very close to the airport. Everyone working at this wonderful and great venue was amazingly nice: )

Everything was great here - affable staff and perfect rooms. Location - particularly good, just off the Brazilian restaurant as well as beach and restaurants. Also, in general everything was great.

This premium hotel was a brilliant place for family vacation. The staff was pretty friendly, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. The room was clean and what's more - included a shower, hair dryers and bathrobes. The location was great and exceptional - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Furthermore, in general everything was great.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hurghada for a relaxing vacation and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at Rixos. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa and massage treatments - the best I've ever had! The food in all the restaurants was delicious, and the hotel grounds were beautifully designed. I also appreciated the room upgrade to a pool villa, which made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to come back one day!

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, exceptional facilities, convenient parking, and efficient transportation. The location on the beach was perfect, and the main semi-self-service "Turquoise" restaurant had an excellent breakfast spread. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
